32-hour training course covering ASSE 6060, the essential requirements of NFPA 99, NFPA 55, FGI Guidelines and elements of design.

Two (2) years documented experience in the mechanical and plumbing systems industry and require practical knowledge of the design of medical gas and vacuum systems.You have not met the continuing education requirements for license renewal if you do. Note: A portion of continuing education credits must be from code change courses.

ORL - Oregon rule and law CC - Code change CR - Code related. 32-hour training course covering ASSE Standards 6040, and applicable sections of NFPA 99 Water Treatment Installer (WTI) & Water Heater Installer (WHI) are exempt from continuing education requirements.

Minimum of one year of experience in the maintenance of med gas and vacuum systems.

Employed or contracted by a health care facility, or actively engaged with med gas systems.

24-hour training course covering ASSE Standard 6020, and applicable sections of NFPA 99 and NFPA 55.

Minimum of two years of documented experience, or any combination of the above.

Employed by a governmental unit as a plumbing/mechanical inspector or an administrator of inspectors or regularly involved in the design, inspection or verification of med gas systems or be a certified ASSE 6010 Installer.

100-question written exam, and a practical brazing exam in accordance with NFPA 99.

32-hour training course covering ASSE Standards 6010, and applicable sections of NFPA 99.

Minimum of four years of documented experience in installing plumbing or mechanical piping systems.

Certification must be through a recognized third-party certification agency. ASSE does not certify to this standard and does not provide training.
